HP DHS EAGLE II Overview
DHS is establishing multiple IT Support Service contracts focusing on three functional areas:
- Service Delivery (including Integration, Software Design/Development and Operations and Maintenance)
- Program Support
- Independent Test, Validation, Verification and Evaluation (IV&V)
DHS intends to provide specific technical requirements at the task order level.
HPES has a strong interest in working with small businesses to strengthen and promote DHS programs. HPES believes, like DHS, that EAGLE II will provide the greatest amount of flexibility possible to efficiently and effectively support the government's needs.
To help expedite the process, the HPES U.S. Public Sector Small Business Office will serve as the point of contact and clearinghouse for information for small businesses interested in being a part of the HPES DHS EAGLE II team. When contacting our Small Business Office, please consider that there are three primary differentiators for Small Business participation with HPES on the DHS EAGLE II contract:
- Socio economic classification/certification
- Prior experience with DHS and/or relevant past performance in functional categories specified above
- Niche products or services that would enhance the performance of DHS programs
